BINISAYA is an organization dedicated to the promotion, exhibition, distribution and archival of contemporary Cebuano films and other Bisaya Dialect films. From basketball courts to rooftops, from basements to the beach, BINISAYA has done screenings and workshops in different cities and barrios in the Philippines since 2009. The organization is responsible for the annual BINISAYA Film Festival that started in 2011.
