Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival: Chinese Delights
Wanna watch Chinese shorts that rock? “Chinese Delights” will offer you an exclusive selection of edgy shorts made in China or by Chinese directors. They are all strong films with strong stories. The films were curated for Viddsee by the programmers of the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, in France.
Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival is the world’s most popular short film festival. Taking place every winter in the city of Clermont-Ferrand (France), it brings together huge crowds of short film fans, happy filmmakers and all major decision-makers and festival programmers from around the world. Its latest edition took place in February 2016, attracting 162,000 admissions in 9 days.
Clermont-Ferrand is a hub for new creative voices. Many of today’s top names in the world of cinema have made their first big impression with a short in Clermont-Ferrand, then embarking on successful careers, grabbing Oscars or other shiny golden statuettes.
The Clermont-Ferrand team wishes to thank all the filmmakers whose films were previously shown at the Festival and who agreed to be part of this extended platform.
