At the Rainbow's End
Sa Dulo ng Bahaghari is a non-linear documentary film that deals with the colorful and transformational life of Jojo Montenegro, sharing his life of being a salon owner, a beauconera, and a public servant among the responsibilities he performs. Just like a stereotyped gay man, Jojo displays a happy facade to people he meets, but behind it is a life story full of sadness, regrets, and hope. This documentary film aims to give emphasis on the importance of the SOGIE Bill passage and looks back to the long and continuing narrative of homophobia and discrimination in the country.
