A new student was worried to see around his campus there's many children was selling out tissues, when it rains they rent out their umbrellas, and even being sandals keeper at the mosque. While at the mosque he heard a group of female students studying the holy Quran. He heard the word of "Iqra" which means "Recite". Then he was inspired by it to create an open library for the children around the campus who do not have the opportunity to go to school as they should. After discussing it with other students, they finally opened up the library. They got various responses from the children, some were enthusiastic, refused and timid to come to the library. But one day, a woman came to approach a child who was reading a book in the library. She then scolded her son who was enjoyed reading the book instead of peddle the goods. The incident made the other children aware of their duties, one by one of them left the library.
