Hong Ying is a middle-aged Chinese woman who was attacked by polio in her childhood. Few days ago, a traffic accident killed her husband and son. All of a sudden, she became a widow. Now, she lives a life by driving a Pedi cab. However, the Pedi cab Hong Ying drives is not allowed for any commercial purpose only permitted as a non-commercial vehicle for disabled people. Nonetheless, Hong Ying continued to take passengers as usual, till one day, she met the patrolling traffic police.
