Adana is a young girl who sees her mother, Julia, as a superhero named Super Ina. Together, they defeat the villains of their humble home--the germs on the dishes, the stench of dirty laundry, the chaos of a messy garden. The days always seems to be saved until Super Ina realizes there is one villain she can't seem to beat. Forced to leave in order to overcome this struggle, Adana becomes her own villain in trying to keep her mother close to home.
