Are Singaporeans helpful?

This social experiment, conducted on the streets of Singapore, aims to explore the level of helpfulness exhibited by Singaporeans in distress situations. A fake distressed child will be stationed on the streets, visibly anxious as he approaches passersby, desperately seeking help in locating his mother. As the scene unfolds, observations on Singaporeans' response to this distressing situation will be recorded. Will they lend a helping hand, or will they pass by without doing anything?
