Terrence is a mischievous caregiver who's on his birthday requires him to spend a night to take care of an old man on a coma in near death.

As the night progress, Terrence decided to throw a birthday party while on duty. To their negligence, the old man died and with their malevolent act they got themselves in a peculiar dilemma.
