With its 5000 years history, Istanbul is one of the most mystical cities in the world. For instance, you can see an old fountain ‘protected’, but lacking any cultural and historical explanation in an ordinary street of Besiktas. It is possible to observe undefined and unexplained history almost everywhere in Istanbul. It does not matter whether this is done ignorantly or intentionally, the cultural and historical heritage of Istanbul is blended in such an intense way. The main reason behind making this mockumentary is to raise consciousness of the audience on the cultural identity of the city through questioning the reality of the fictional documentary.
