Ted, an 11-year-old homeless orphan, lives in the public park. One day, he meets Agnes, a blind girl, who he befriends. Aling Piring is the friendly food seller in the area and has a soft spot for both children.

Agnes opens up about her strict parents and her upcoming birthday. Ted then promises Agnes a gift. One day, they both encounter a dog in the park and Ted was inspired to give Agnes a dog as a gift. However, he doesn't have money.
