Glada, Wilson, and Xing Wei are Social Workers from Youth Guidance Outreach Services Centre. Before becoming a social worker, Glada worked as a pastry chef for 7 years, she also worked as a social work assistant for 4 years, she wanted to continue to work as a social work assistant, but she continued to do baking instead. Wilson, who is serving NS before becoming a youth worker and social worker, has never consider becoming a social worker and instead wants to join his friend in car sales company. As for Xing Wei, He was working as a tour guide before joining the social work industry, he enjoy travelling and meeting new people, but at some point of time, he left his job as a tour guide and wanted to try something new in a new environment, so he then took some time to reflect on what he actually wanted.
