This is a tale of Hong Kong, of the students who fight for democracy. On the afternoon of the election day, a student broke the rules by broadcasting the song of democracy in the school's broadcast room.

Today they face a trial from the teacher, who asks them to snitch on the troublemaker. The students all tell a different tale, protecting each other despite their different backgrounds, identities, and privileges.

The trial continues till the evening, and it only ends at night. But is this an evening of resistance, or an evening before sunrise & hope?
