Infected is a story that revolves around the life of Mr. X, the commander in a prison located in an undefined space. The prisoner is brutally tortured by Mr. X for some crimes of the past. The lady, a mysterious companion of Mr. X, is obviously sympathetic to the prisoner.

As the story unfolds, Mr. X finds himself going through delusions of being murdered by the prisoner and the lady. Mr. X seeks help from the psychiatrist. Suddenly, things take an unexpected turn---Mr. X shoots the lady dead. 

Near her grave, the regretful Mr. X is provoked by the psychiatrist to seek out the truth from deep down his mind. What comes out is shocking.
