Bijak is a 12-year-old orphan with 3 siblings, who has 1 older sister (Melati, 21 years old) and 1 younger brother (Arif, 8 years old). The poor wise family's economic condition after his two parents' death. On the night of August 17, Wise was scolded by his late brother. Melati saw that wise, and lazy to study, unlike his sister. Then on August 17th, Bijak sacrificed his breakfast for his younger brother. With a hungry state, Wise struggles to participate in the 17's competition at school to get an achievement that will make wise's name in front of his brother. however, because he was late coming home the older brother was angry and more and more upset.
