Kichiro is a Chinese-Japanese student born to a rich and influential family. Plagued by adolescent boredom, and sick of social pretenses, Kichiro is frustrated with life. These sentiments are shared by Alex, whom Kichiro meets on a chance encounter in a video store. Their friendship breeds a murderous desire as the two channel their angst into anarchistic violence.
