Feng is a dish that’s familiar to many Eurasians in Singapore but lesser known in the wider community. Cooking for Christmas gatherings has always been a joy for both Patrick and his dad as they enjoy feeding the people they love. It’s a dish that reminds Patrick of the bonding between a father and son, and a representation of the continuing Eurasian heritage.
