"Seliseh" is a simple yet thought - provoking story of unity and understanding told through two characters, Melur and Xiao Li. The two girls from different ethnic villages meet each other in the most unfortunate circumstance and they need to understand each other in order to get out of a hole that they fell in. It tells a metaphorical message of the need for racial and cultural understanding in multicultural Malaysia.
