Al’ya, a light-miner girl, desperately needs the help of her father, Qu’rai, to perform the forbidden sacred ‘Kirakira’ lightdance to resurrect an ancient being. The mystery surrounding the dance initially makes Qu'rai very worried but the cries of Al'ya changes his heart. Together, they perform a choreography that can gather balls of light filled with crackling energy to be stored in the lightcatchers and then to be given to a creature called the Lehak. However, time is not on their side as an angry mob closes in on them to stop the forbidden dance ritual.
