After successfully enlisting the help of Head Chef Juliette, Jack and Rai feel that they have the ultimate Singapore Ramen. After presenting the dish to The Flying Squirrel regular Kohji-san, a taste test confirms that they have a great tasting bowl of ramen. The Duo are convinced that they have it! That is until Kohji-san reveals that he knows nothing about Singapore flavours. Juliette suggests the Duo consult a more discerning food critic – the harshest critic of all – the Singapore public. Do they nail it in the end?
