At the start of the film, Jerome is seen taking a photo with an elderly lady. In present day, Jerome is reminded of someone dear to him after watching the film Wonder Woman with his friends. He becomes obsessed with the soundtrack and his friends ask him to tell them about this "Wonder Woman" he says exists. He starts retelling these flashbacks about this amazing elderly lady who suddenly disappears one day. They ask him what she looks like and he shows them a photo that he took with her on his phone. It is revealed that the elderly lady is the same one who he was taking the photo with at the start of the film. The film ends on a photo of Jerome with his parents and grandparents, one of whom looks like the same lady he took the photo with.
